Overview
Zami Platform is a multi-tenant operations SaaS. I joined on the frontend, then took over and now lead backend development.
What I built
- Backend ownership — REST APIs, third-party integrations, task queues and real-time features on Node.js, Express, MongoDB and Socket.IO.
- Zalo ecosystem — Zalo Mini App, Official Account and ZNS notifications.
- Delivery partners — Ahamove and Be.
- Payment gateways — NextPay and VietQR.
- Admin dashboards — still built and maintained in Next.js and Material UI.
Multi-tenant work
Working in small cross-functional teams (2–5 people), I clarified requirements, designed data flows and supported per-customer behaviour across tenants.
